Due to tariffs and gas prices, we felt that we needed to provide professional services at a much lower price without sacrificing quality. Our technicians have 10+ years in their profession, and they wouldn't be hired with us if they didn't.
Inside Services:
• Bathroom or kitchen installations and repairs -- Including appliance installations
• Sink / faucet / bathtub / toilet installation, replacement, and repairs including caulking services
• Curtain and blind installations
• Floor Installation
Hardwood, vinyl, and ceramic tile
• Painting and drywall
• Handrail installation
• Molding and trim
Outside Services:
• Deck installation, repairs and maintenance
• Fence and gates building and maintenance
• Door or window installation and repairs -- including installations of doorbells and shutters
• Roofing installation and gutter cleaning
• Drain unclogging and other minor plumbing services
• Insulation services
• Garage and basement maintenance
• Installation and cleaning of vents and aspiration systems -- including filter replacements
We Do Monsoon and weather damage, tree trimming and removal. Basic roof repair. We almost do it all.
We also do Apartment move-outs: touch-up spot paint, tightening up cabinets, sinks, cleaning grout or tile, carpet stains
Due to the high price of food, gas, utilities and healthcare, we felt it
to be our duty to lower the trip fee from $75 to $50. We are prepared to
